Recommended Conferences for Potential energy

Potential energy

As per available reports about 21 relevant journals, 27 Conferences, 25 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Potential energy and about 170 articles are being published on Potential energy.

Potential energy is energy that is stored in an object due to its position. This energy has the potential to do work. For example a drawn bow is able to store energy as the result of its position. When assuming its usual position (i.e., when not drawn), there is no energy stored in the bow. Yet when its position is altered from its usual equilibrium position, the bow is able to store energy by virtue of its position. This stored energy of position is referred to as potential energy. Potential energy is of two types; They include gravitational potential energy and elastic potential energy.

OMICS International organizes 1000+ Global Events Every Year across USA, Europe and Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open access journals which contains over 100000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board and organizing committee members. The conference series website will provide you list and details about the conference organize worldwide.

Scope and Importance:

Gravitational potential energy:

It is the energy stored in an object as the result of its vertical position or height. The energy is stored as the result of the gravitational attraction of the Earth for the object. The higher that an object is elevated, the greater the gravitational potential energy. Since the gravitational potential energy of an object is directly proportional to its height above the zero position, a doubling of the height will result in a doubling of the gravitational potential energy. A tripling of the height will result in a tripling of the gravitational potential energy.

Elastic Potential Energy

It is the energy stored in elastic materials as the result of their stretching or compressing. The amount of elastic potential energy stored in such a device is related to the amount of stretch of the device - the more stretch, the more stored energy. To summarize, potential energy is the energy that is stored in an object due to its position relative to some zero position. An object possesses gravitational potential energy if it is positioned at a height above (or below) the zero height. An object possesses elastic potential energy if it is at a position on an elastic medium other than the equilibrium position.

Market Analysis:

The value of products produced by gas-to-liquid (GTL), coal-to-liquid (CTL) and biomass to liquid processes was worth $8.4 billion in 2014. This is expected to grow from $8.6 billion in 2015 to $11.8 billion in 2020, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.5% from 2015 to 2020. An overview of the market for GTL processes for chemicals and energy production. Analyses of market trends, with data from 2014, estimates for 2015, and projections of CAGRs through 2020.Discussion on the use of GTL processes to produce ultraclean diesel fuels and high-quality chemical products such as waxes. An assessment of the role of GTL as an enabling technology for the production of clean transportation fuels.
