People with personality disorder do not regard others and are either shy or aggressive and are prone to alcohol and drug abuse. There are numerous possible causes for personality disorder which includes genetic dispositions, circumstances, life experience, trauma, abuse etc. Treatment includes antidepressants or antianxiety drugs and psychological counselling.
