Weather in Charlotte:

Bright sun and clear skies are common during the summertime months. In summers very hot weather conditions (higher than 90° F) usually occur only 36 days each year in Charlotte. While summer brings the fullest rainfalls, March is the wettest month and November the driest. Snow is infrequent, with an average annual accumulation of less than 6 inches.

The North Carolina Research Campus, a 350-acre biotechnology hub located northeast of Charlotte in the city of Kannapolis, is a public-private venture including eight universities, one community college, the David H.
