    »» Cancellation of registration:
    All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing to biometrics2012@omicsonline.org
    Registrations cancelled more than 3 months before the event will be refunded 75% of the amount paid.
    Cancellation less than 3 months but more than 2 months before the event will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
    Registrations cancelled less than 2 months but more than 1 month before the event will be refunded 25% of the
    amount paid. Registrations cancelled less than 1 month (Date: 5- 2- 2012) before the event will not be eligible
    for a refund.
    »» Transfer of registration:
    All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to biometrics2012@omicsonline.org. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
    »» Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
    »» Transportation
      Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
    »» Cancellation of event by OMICS:
    If a conference receives an insufficient number of registrations, the OMICS may cancel the conference. In this case, the maximum liability of OMICS is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.
    In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to circumstances beyond OMICS’s reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God and natural disaster, OMICS cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. 

    Press/Media
    Press permission must be obtained from OMICS Conferences organization committee prior to the event. The press may not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.
    The OMICS Conferences is an objective third-party nonprofit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
