International Conference on Oceanography (Oceanography-2013) was held during August 21-23, 2013 at Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport, Orlando-Florida, USA. The conference was marked with the attendance of Editorial Board Members of supported OMICS Group Journals, Scientists, young and brilliant researchers, business delegates and talented student communities representing more than 25 countries, who made this conference fruitful and productive.

This conference was based on the theme “To improve the strategies for measuring, exploring, protecting and operating in the world's oceans” which included the following scientific tracks:

Oceanography-2013 was moderated by Dr. Csilla Ari, University of South Florida, USA, Director: Foundation for Oceans of the Future, Hungary, Board of Directors: Manta Pacific Research Foundation, USA.

Also the conference was encouraged through the wonderful Symposium “Manta Ray symposium-2013” and interactive sessions on Manta Rays organized by Dr. Csilla Ari, University of South Florida, USA, Director:  Foundation for Oceans of the Future, Hungary, and Board of Directors: Manta Pacific Research Foundation, USA.

We are glad to inform that all accepted abstracts for the conference have been published in OMICS Group Journal of Marine Science Research and development as a special issue.

We are also obliged to various delegate experts, company representatives and other eminent personalities who supported the conference by facilitating active discussion forums. With the unique feedback from the conference, OMICS Group would like to announce the commencement of the "2nd International conference on Oceanography" to be held from July 21-23, 2014 in USA.
