OMICS International successfully hosted its 6th Global Summit and Expo on Food & Beverages at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, Florida, USA during August 03-05, 2015. The conference was organized around the theme “Modern & Sustainable Practices in Food and Beverage Sector” which comprised of 10 Tracks designed to offer comprehensive sessions that address current issues in the field of Food and beverages.

OMICS International express its deep sense of gratitude to all the organizing committee members, moderator, session chair and co-chair, editorial board members of OMICS International journals, speakers, students, delegates in making this event a great success. We are also obliged to various delegate experts, company representatives and other eminent personalities who supported the conference by facilitating active discussion forums. We sincerely thank the Organizing Committee Members for their gracious presence, support, and assistance with the unique feedback from the conference.

The conference was greeted by the welcome message by our moderator Dr. Lawrence Smith, Go Green Electrolyzer, USA and initiated with a keynote series of well known speakers Dr. Aristo Vojdani, Immunosciences Lab. Inc., USA, Dr. John P Tsaknis, Technological Educational Institutions, Greece and Dr. Ian James Martins, Edith Cowan University, Australia.

Our special thanks to our exhibitor Cyrex Laboratories who supported us in every aspect and also to Dr. Aristo Vojdani, Chief Scientific Advisor, Cyrex Laboratories and Ms. Jama Lambert, Education Director, Cyrex Laboratories for the awe-inspiring exhibition at the conference.

With the enormous feedback from the participants and supporters of Food summit 2015, OMICS International is overwhelmed to announce 11th Global Summit and Expo on Food & Beverages( Food summit 2016) during September 22-24, 2016 at Las Vegas, USA.
