International Conference on Ecology and Ecosystems was organized during September 18-20, 2017 at Toronto, Canada. Human EcologyThe Organizing Committee would like to thank the moderator Dr. Francois-Etienne Sylvain (Laval University, Canada) and which resulted in smooth functioning of the conference.

The conference proceeded through various scientific sessions and plenary lectures, of which the following topics were highlighted as Keynote presentations:

George Lazarovits- A Road Map to Finding Microbiomes that Most Contribute to Plant and Soil Health (George Lazarovits, A&L Biologicals, Canada)

Armin Schwarzbach- Tick-borne diseases: Challenge in diagnostics and therapies of chronic multiple infections (Armin Schwarzbach , ArminLabs, Germany)

Jorgen Forss- Biotreatment of textile wastewater with continuous biofilter solutions and the associated microflora  (Linnaeus University, Sweden)

Andrew M. Gordon- The ecology of tree intercropping systems in southern Ontario, Canada (University of Guelph, Canada)
