Gastro Congress 2018 Report:

13th Euro-Global Gastroenterology Conference (Gastro Congress 2018) organized by Conference Series llc LTD was held on August 20-21, 2018 at Holiday Inn Rome Aurelia, Rome, Italy. The conference highlighted the theme, “Exploring New Dimensions of Gastroenterology”. It is an annual meeting for the study of recent advancements and management of Gastroenterology disorders and diseases.

The conference was initiated with a warm welcome note for Honourable guests. Our special thanks to Dr Fong-Fong Chu, The First Affiliated Hospital - HUST, P R China and Dr Susan Joyce, Ireland, the Honourable Moderator for the conference who contributed a major part for the success of this event. The conference was marked with the presence of renowned Speakers, talented young researchers, students and business delegates driving the two days event into the path of success with thought provoking keynote and plenary presentations. Active participation and generous response were received from the Organizing Committee Members. Professors, Researchers, and Students from diverse groups made this conference as one of the most successful and productive event in 2018 from Conference Series llc LTD.

The highlights of the meeting were the enlightening Keynote lectures from:

Davor Štimac, Clinical Hospital Center of Rijeka - University of Rijeka, Croatia on the topic, “Endoscopic treatment of obesity: Challenge for gastroenterologists”

David H Van Thiel, Rush University Medical Center, USA on the topic, “Hepatitis C eradication: A promise unfulfilled”

Bashar Attar, Cook County Health and Hospitals System, USA on the topic, “Subclinical exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI): A disease that merits treatment”

Giovanni Gasbarrini, Catholic University of Rome, Italy on the topic, “Gut Microbiota: An epochal revolution”

The Special session for the Conference was carried out through Workshops:

Raihan A S M A, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Bangladesh on the topic, “Association of Helicobacter pylori and anaemia”

Siddique Abu Raihan, Sheikh Sayera Khatun Medical College, Bangladesh on the topic, “Comparison of efficacy of four different Helicobacter pylori eradication regimens in peptic ulcer disease patients at a Medical University Hospital”
