The International Conference on Childhood Obesity & Child Development hosted by the Conference Series LLC Ltd was held at Hilton Atlanta Airport, USA during August 29-30^th, 2016. Workshop on The mind body connection: Impacts on obesity

The Mind-Body Connection was a hands-on, interactive experience supporting current clinical research and the works of practitioners on traditional East Asian movement techniques. It covered associations between the mind, body and the importance of integrating a holistic approach to reach optimal levels of fitness, thereby impacting levels of obesity. The workshop reviewed breathing techniques, beginning movement methods, and the promotion of a positive and non-judgmental environment. The methods were taken from personal experience of teaching movement based practices since 2004 successfully.
