Flea Medicine

As per available reports about 717 Conferences Proceedings, 4 Upcoming Conferences are presently dedicated exclusively to Flea Medicine, 10 National symposiums, 306  Open Access Articles are being published on Flea Medicine.

Flea are various small, wingless, bloodsucking insects of the order Siphonaptera that are parasitic on mammals and birds and can jump long distances or any of various small crustaceans that resemble or move like fleas, such as the water flea. Fleas can be a problem even in the most spotless home or on the cleanest pet. For treatment of pet flea few medicines are recommended ideally prescribed by a vet. Products suitable for one species may not be suitable for another e.g. some dog flea treatments contain permethrin, an insecticide that is safe for dogs but highly toxic to cats.

OMICS International Organizes 1000+ Global Events every year across USA, Europe and Asia with support from 1000 more Scientific Societies and Publishes 700+ Open Access Journals which contains over 100000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board and organizing committee members. The Conference Series website will provide you list and details about the conferences organized across the globe.

Scope and Global Impact:

Flea prevention keeps pet healthy. Pet won't pick up tapeworms or have flea bites that cause itching misery and flea allergy dermatitis. In addition, we can help prevent diseases that fleas carry such as Lyme Disease, ehrlichia, Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Modern medicine has provided wonderfully effective and safe flea products along with treating flea. Flea medicines help pet avoid:Flea allergies,Hot spots,Biting adult fleas,Skin infections,Tapeworms,Lyme Disease,Ehrlichia,Rocky Mountain spotted fever.

Preventing fleas is infinitely wiser, and cheaper, than controlling them once they are a problem. Flea and tick prevention products that contain insect growth regulators (IGR) stop eggs and larva from developing into fleas. Adult fleas are only 1-5% of the flea population. It's the adult fleas that do bloodsucking damage and spread tapeworms, so it's important to eliminate them; but at least 95% of the flea population exists as eggs, larvae, and pupae that hide in carpets and yards. Using flea control products with insect growth regulators (IGRs) stops 95% of the flea problem.
