Smart Materials Meet 2018 Report

Thanks to all of our wonderful speakers, conference attendees, collaborators and media partners, Smart Materials 2018 Conference was our best ever!

The 5^th World Congress on Smart and Emerging Materials was held during April 19-20, 2018 at JW Marriott Dubai, UAE with the theme “Smart and Emerging Materials- Future Prospects". Benevolent response and active participation was received from the from the scientists, engineers, researchers, students and leaders from the fields of Materials Science and Nanotechnology, who made this event successful.

Focusing on smart materials, biomaterials, nanomaterials, material applications, synthesis and fabrication of materials and the wearable technology as well, the two days of discussions enabled researchers to gain an insight into the current innovations and opened up networking opportunities.

Smart Materials Meet 2018 Organizing Committee would like to thank the Moderator of the conference, Dr. Aman Ullah, University of Alberta, Canada; the Poster Judges, Dr. Manoj Gupta, National University of Singapore, Singapore and Dr Santanu Mandal from Carborundum Universal Limited, India and lastly the session chairs and co-chair who contributed greatly for the smooth functioning of this event.
