Euro Dental-2015 Report

OMICS Group hosted the “3^rd International Conference on Euro Congress and Expo on Dental and Oral Health during June 16-18, 2015 in Spain with the theme “Exploring the Possibilities in Shaping the Future of Dental and Oral Health”, which was a great success, where eminent keynote speakers from various reputed institutions and organizations with their resplendent presence addressed the gathering.

Euro Dental-2015 witnessed an amalgamation of peerless speakers who enlightened the crowd with their enviable research knowledge and on various alluring topics related to the field of dental. Carina Mehanna Zogheib, of the Lebanese Dental Association, Lebanon presented a paper on “Teeth whitening: A minimally invasive technique?” P Lopez Jornet from the University of Mucia, Spain, gave an insight on “Treatment of xerostomia”. Alex Iniguez, Spain enlightened the audience about the “The real importance of smiling: A luxury you can afford”; Arthur Goren of the University of the NYU College of Dentistry, USA spoke on “Current and future trends in dental radiography”.

Organized in collaboration with Lebanese Dental Association (LDA), Lebanon, Egyptian Society of Oral Implantology (ESOI), Egypt, International group of Oral Rehabilitation (IGOR), Egypt, Euro Dental-2015 dealt with the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases of the teeth, gums, and related structures of the mouth and including the repair or replacement of defective teeth.Dr. Alex Iniguez, Spain conducted a workshop on “Mind Mapping for Dentists” on June 16, 2015, in connection with this conference as a curtain raiser to this topic. Poster presentations were presented by students and the best posters were awarded to Waleed Ragab Radwan Ragab El-Beialy  from Future University, Egypt and Kavitha Louis from Periyar University, India.

All the papers presented at the Euro Dental-2015 will be published in the proceedings of the Medline indexed Journal ‘Oral Health and Dental Management’.
