The conference was initiated with a warm Welcome note and the Book Launch from Organizing Committee and the Keynotes. The proceedings went through interactive sessions and panel discussions headed by Dr. Maja Milovanovic, Institute of Mental health, Serbia, Dr. Heinz Krestel, University of Bern, Switzerland as honorable Moderators for the conference.
