5th International Conference on Psychiatrist, Geriatric Psychiatry and Counseling Psychology was organized during December 08-09, 2016 at San Antonio, USA with the support and contribution of the Organizing Committee Members.

The conference was organized around the theme “Exploring contemporary contexts of counselling psychology to enrich psychological well-being”. The conceptual and applicable knowledge shared, will also foster organizational collaborations to nurture scientific accelerations.

The conference witnessed an amalgamation of peerless speakers, Keynote speakers, well-known researchers and delegates who enlightened the crowd with their enviable research knowledge and on various alluring topics related to the field of Psychiatry and Counseling Psychology through their fabulous presentations at the podium of Counseling Psychology 2016.

For 2017 we are expanding our focus towards all aspects of Counseling Psychology Re­search findings. Our organizing committee is gearing up with more innovative and explorative sessions to unleash the boundaries of the Counseling Psychology. Counseling psychology is a general practice and health service provider specialty in professional psychology. It focuses on how people function both personally and in their relationships at all ages. Counseling psychology addresses the emotional, social, work, school and physical health concerns people may have at different stages in their lives, focusing on typical life stresses and more severe issues with which people may struggle as individuals and as a part of families, groups and organizations. Counseling psychologists help people with physical, emotional and mental health issues improve their sense of well‐being, alleviate feelings of distress and resolve crises. They also provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of more severe psychological symptoms.
