Conference Series LLC successfully hosted its premier 2^nd International Conference on Geology during April 21-22, 2016 at The Oberoi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The conference brought together an extensive range of the geology education community, educators from research universities as well as representatives from industry and professional geological societies. Conference Series LLC wishes to acknowledge with its deep sincere gratitude to all the supporters from the Editorial Board Members of our Open Access Journals, Keynote speakers, Honorable guests, valuable speakers, poster presenters, students, delegates and for their support to make this event a huge success.

This 2^nd International Conference on Geology was based on the theme “Exploring Research Methodologies of Geology and Geosciences” which covered the below scientific sessions like Environmental Geology, Geology and Mineral Resources, Exploration Geophysics, Engineering Geology, Geology and Civil Engineering, Petroleum Geology, Sedimentology and Coastal Process, Mining Geology and Geological Consulting.

The conference was greeted by the conference moderator Dr. Frank Mattern, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman.  The support was extended by the Keynote Speakers Dr. Erik Mikhailovich Galimov, Director of the Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry of Russian Academу of Sciences, Russia and Dr. Can Rao, Associate Professors of Zhejiang University, China energized by Keynote presentations:

• The origin of hydrocarbon accumulation in Precambrian of the Eastern Siberia by Dr. Erik Mikhailovich Galimov, Russian Academу of Sciences, Russia.
• Mengxianminite, Ca2Sn2Mg3Al8 [(BO3) (BeO4) O6]2, a new borate mineral from Xianghualing skarn, Hunan Province, China by Dr. Can Rao, Zhejiang University, China.

This 2^nd International Conference on Geology uplifted with more than 17 oral presentations by researchers, scientists, professors, industry delegates and more than 6 poster participants around the globe.
