Addiction Therapy 2016 Report
After the successful completion of our previous conferences, OMICS International hosted 5th International Conference and Exhibition on Addiction Research & Therapy during October 03-05, 2016 at Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
 
The conference was organized around the theme “unifying the new discoveries and advanced approaches towards the addiction” which covers a wide range of critically important sessions related to Addiction Research & Therapy .This annual conference brought together eminent scientists from more than 10 countries in which many critical issues were discussed in depth to provide up-to-date information to the world. On the other hand, the meeting provided a best platform to share their ideas and experiences and to report unique and unusual cases which enhance understanding of disease process, its diagnosis, management and clinicopathologic correlations The three-day program witnessed thought-provoking keynote and plenary presentations from experts in the field of current research like Addiction Genetics, Drug addiction and neurotoxicology and their significance in clinical research and health diagnostics.
 
Addiction Therapy 2016 Organizing Committee would like to thank the Moderator of the conference, Dr. Adi Jaffe, Alternatives Behavioral Health, the USA who contributed meticulously and exuberantly for the smooth functioning of this event.
 
The conference was initiated with a keynote series of well-known speakers Dr. Jason Connor, The University of Queensland, Australia and Dr. Igor Elman, Harvard Medical School, USA followed by Dr. Kathy Sexton Radek, Elmhurst College, USA and it was followed by oral and poster presentations. The sessions are Chaired with Dr. Kathy Sexton Radek, Elmhurst College, Dr. Igor Elman, Harvard Medical School, USA and Dr. Barry Tolchard, University of New England, Australia and Co-chaired with Dr. Monika Heidemarie Seltenhammer, Medical University of Vienna, Austria.
 
Addiction Therapy 2015 Conference also witnessed a symposium by Dr. Prapapun Chucharoen, Mahidol University, Thailand along with Dr. Bang-on Thepthien, Mahidol University, Thailand about “Continuum of Care for Drug Addiction”. A special session by Dr. Renee Brown Next Level Recovery LLC., the USA on “Treatment with real life in mind: A model where behavioral science shakes hands traditional recovery methodologies” and a workshop session by Dr. E Renea Snyder Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, USA about “AOD recovery units in correctional institutions”.
 
OMICS group wishes to acknowledge all the organizing committee members, moderator, chair and co-chair, editorial board members of OMICS group journals, speakers, students, delegates in making this event a great success. We are also obliged to various delegate experts, company representatives and other eminent personalities who supported the conference by facilitating active discussion forums. We sincerely thank the Organizing Committee Members for their gracious presence, support, and assistance with the unique feedback from the conference. We are glad to inform that all accepted abstracts for the conference have been indexed in OMICS Group “Journal of Addiction Research & Therapy” as a special issue.With the unique feedbacks from the conference, OMICS Group would like to announce the commencement of the "5th International Conference and Exhibition on Addiction Research & Therapy” to be held from August 03-05,2016 Atlanta, Georgia,  USA.
